At Radiance Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs and booklets are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a tracked shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
